Janice received a BA in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario in 1984. As an elective she took a Nutrition course...her interest in health was apparent even in her early 20's.
Fast forward to 2010; Janice formalized her nutritional knowledge by attending the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Raising four vegetarian children, and supporting a vegan husband, Janice knew there was an intimate connection between food and health and that natural alternatives to supporting the body during times of growth, stress and sickness were effective. Becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist clarified, confirmed and enhanced her innate understanding of the healing power of food and natural supplements.
